コントロール抗体
Control-antibodies are used to detect the specific loading control proteins.
The internal control protein is used to ensure the uniformity of protein loading, so as to determine the expression of target protein, and is an important ruler for quantitative analysis of western blotting (WB) and other experimental results. Usually, the protein selected as internal reference is stably expressed in sample cell lines or tissues with moderate expression (as far as possible, it is detected in the same linear range as the target protein). In selecting the appropriate control protein, the molecular weight of the protein (different from the target protein), subcellular distribution, and the type of experimental treatment may also be considered.
